I was very disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. The cashier forgot to apply the GSU discount to my order and simply mentioned she would remember next time. I don't think that's an acceptable solution. When I asked if I could receive a bag of chips instead, she initially agreed, but then a gentleman advised her against it. I believe a better approach would have been to refund or cancel my order and apply the GSU discount. Overall, I was let down by the service and will think twice about choosing your restaurant for lunch in the future. I visited today at 2:00 PM.
