To make matters worse, I spotted unpleasant bugs in the sweet tea container, and they frequently seemed to be out of essential items. The vegetables were far from fresh, among other concerns. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this restaurant!
Situated at a gas station, the restaurant offers a decent experience; however, be aware that there are no seating options available.
I had the most disappointing customer service experience at this Subway location! As a loyal customer since 1998, I was shocked by how I was treated. First, I politely requested that the employee change their gloves due to concerns about cross-contamination. Then, when I mentioned that I usually receive four scoops of tuna in my wrap, the employee insisted that it had always been just two scoops. Things escalated when the employee started speaking rudely. I ultimately decided to walk away due to the unprofessional treatment, and to my surprise, I heard them yell, "Don't come back!" This experience has left a lasting negative impression of the Subway brand for me.
They are definitely not open daily at 7:30. I rang the bell multiple times starting at 7:34, but no one came out from the back. The lights were on, the food was prepared, but the employees were noticeably absent.
In my personal experience, I felt nearly humiliated because of my accent; they pretended not to understand me. Additionally, there were disgusting bugs on the sweet tea container, and they are often out of basic inventory. The vegetables were far from fresh, among other issues. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here!
