I highly recommend this Subway location, especially after my experience at another one earlier that evening. The previous restaurant offered poor service and seemed confused about processing payments through the mobile app, which left me unable to get the salad I had already ordered with great difficulty. However, at this location, Patrice completely transformed my experience. I enjoyed a delicious salad and was able to pay through the app without any issues, just like it should be! Thank you so much, Patrice!
The young man at the restaurant was fantastic. He was attentive to everything and incredibly friendly to customers. Despite managing a large number of orders on his own, he did an excellent job. I think management should consider giving him a raise, as his service made me want to return! Additionally, it would be beneficial to add more staff to help reduce waiting times.
I had a delicious meal at a fantastic restaurant. They are continuously improving in many areas. The restrooms are always spotless. The customer service is consistently delightful whenever I visit. Their pizzas are incredible. I highly recommend checking out this location when you get the chance!
I’m really pleased with this subway location since it's so close to my home. However, every time I visit, there's usually only one person working, which leads to long wait times. There's an older lady who is consistently friendly and works very efficiently. Unfortunately, when I went yesterday, a younger girl was on shift who was not very pleasant and seemed to lack a sense of urgency. I ended up waiting a total of 25 minutes from the moment I walked in until I left with my food. It would be great if they could have at least two people working during lunch hours, and maybe have a conversation with some staff members about their attitudes.
My colleagues and I went out for lunch, and we had some questions about their policy on not accepting coupons. The manager responded promptly, but we felt she had a bit of an attitude regarding our inquiries. While we were waiting, a gentleman entered without a mask, and the manager told him he needed one to come in. My coworker went to the car to give him a mask. While she was preparing two subs, the gentleman informed the cashier that he was going to pay for her order. The cashier then said, "Don't do that for them; do it for your own kind."
