Subway - Atlanta

The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh and delicious, just like almost every Subway I've visited. However, the staff here could use some improvement. The lunch crew often give off the impression that they are irritated by customers. While I understand they may be busy, a little more politeness would be appreciated. On the other hand, the morning crew is a complete contrast. If you visit for breakfast, the gentleman working is always very friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. It was bustling, but the line moved quickly and the servers were efficient. The establishment was clean and tidy, with enough seating for us to dine in. Some customers have had complaints about the staff, but our experience was satisfactory. The only issue was when we arrived at 7:45 in the morning and found the restaurant still closed, despite the posted opening time of 7. Other than that, it was a decent Subway location.

This restaurant was very unpleasant. The staff was not friendly at all. Despite being the only customers, we were rushed through our meal. The ice maker was broken, and the container of ice they provided us with was dirty and almost empty. The tables were also dirty, even though we were the only ones dining. We ended up having to leave and find somewhere else to eat. The prices for the kids meals were not displayed, and we were charged over $6 for each meal, which turned out to be very small sandwiches made from a single loaf. Overall, a disappointing experience. Ordered a sandwich on the app with double meat. After opening the sandwich, I noticed it was only the standard amount of meat. I showed the manager and asked if it was double meat. The manager said he saw my order was for double meat but refused to add it because I only paid $10.

Owner is rude to workers and customers. He is stingy with toppings.
