Surin Of Thailand - Atlanta

Part of the Surin of Thailand family with multiple locations in Atlanta and Birmingham. Reliably good food, especially the Spicy Beef Salad and Pad See U/Ew!

Great overall experience. Food was delicious, you need to try the coconut soup and the massaman curry, they were great. Service was quick and fine, not great but not rude either. Ordered a Mojito and it was OK, nothing to be impressed about and a bitoverpriced for what it was, but did the work. Will definitely repeat.

This place was a favorite for many years. My takeout was spicy mixed seafood and shrimp panaag. The shrimp was old, not fresh in both dishes. The scallops in the mixed seafood dish was not fresh, very soggy. I called the following morning and spoke to a lady who said management was not there however they would call me back.

Surin is def one of my go to's for a quick take out that's reasonably priced. You can't go wrong with their shrimp or house fried rice and wings.

The place has terrible service, it's clear the bartender does not enjoy his job, I would recommend a vacation or retirement for the crew. The website has a close time of 1030pm which definitely needs to be updated, they close at 930pm, went there and ordered to go because that is all they would allow at 9:18, then attempted to purchase a drink and the bartender would not even make me a drink while i waited, definitely will not be going there again. I've been going here since early 2000's , but i guess all things die.
