Sushi Itto - Atlanta

This establishment needs to hire more staff. It is understaffed, and the existing staff are rude and have poor knowledge about the menu. Customers have to wait an extra 30-45 minutes just to place an order. They should consider hiring more employees as soon as possible.

This is the best sushi I have ever had in my life. I stumbled upon this place by chance and I can't imagine eating sushi anywhere else now. The sunset view is incredible! I also love the stone mountain, smoky mountain, and queen rolls. You must try it!

This is my go-to sushi spot. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh and the portions are very generous. The soups, appetizers, and sides are all delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I've been here several times but this time Lane took my to go order. Normally the staff is ok. But this visit was different. Lane was pleasant and he communicated our wait time (that typically doesn't happen). He gave us our food carefully packaged and thanked us for coming.As usual the sushi was delicious.

Customer service was horrible. The manager acted as if we were bothering him when we entered. The server was a little better but he could not answer most question and had to keep going to the manager. Lunch ends at 3 we entered before that time but were told we couldn’t order from that menu. Tried something different but we will never go to this establishment again. I don’t know if our race placed a part of if he just has poor service.
