Taco Bell - Atlanta

This taco bell location used to be clean, and staff used to be fast and respectful but now it's total chaos, very messy, you will get nacho fries but without nacho cheese and when you ask for it they will respond we are out of it. If you can't give afull order then take the item off the menu. Btw did I mention I waited 45 mins in a fast food chain for my order and it was noteven crowded.

I try going to this location on my way to work maybe 1x per week. It?s less than a 50-50 chance that they?re actually open (ie at 9am today when their hours say 8am). Today the person took my order, then after I waited at the next window for 5 minutes topay, the guy comes and says ?we?ll open in 10 minutes?. There were 3 other cars behind me too.

I don't male a habit of being critical but this store had the Meanest staff I have ever encountered. I explained that a disability made it difficult to navigate the machines in lobby .The rude manager was totally uncaring . I literally had to begto get the order. There is never an excuse to mistreat Elderly or disabled people SMH)

Sent my husband to get food, my order was 4 soft tacos meat and cheese only with mild sauce packets. Gets home and I only get two soft tacos instead of 4 which I paid for and the two tacos I did get were wrong, had lettuce and tomatoes on it and I?mallergic to tomatoes. Couldn?t even eat the two I got. Idc how busy a restaurant is, iv worked in the service industry before sothere isn?t any excuse to get a costumers order wrong when it?s typed on a screen for the cooks to look at. Poor service as wellfrom what my husband said.

Dine-in is open. Also one of the better priced Taco Bells in the Atlanta area, including a $5 box for breakfast and dinner.
