The Cheesecake Factory - Atlanta

After spending some time at the mall and feeling hungry, my daughter and I chose to eat at this restaurant. First, I noticed that it was incredibly crowded, which made us puzzled as to why there was only one hostess managing the seating. Given the high volume of customers this place attracts, it would make sense to have kiosks throughout the mall for booking a table, or to have additional staff on hand to reduce wait times for seating. Our waiter was average, but the food was enjoyable. Overall, the restaurant needs to improve its management of seating during busy periods.

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I must say the food is pretty average overall. However, the real standout here is the cheesecake! The red velvet and Reese's peanut butter cheesecakes are stacked with layers of delicious flavors. Treat yourself to some cheesecake; you won't regret it! I found the fried mac and cheese to be quite heavy, but enjoyable if you're a fan of it. The bread felt more like a filler, and the pasta dishes were just average. Honestly, I recommend skipping the main courses and going straight for the cheesecake.

I love the girl bartender. She's was so nice and lovely. My cocktails is ok but my friend said of him was perfect mixed. Food also fantastic, it is my first time here. I'm not really into western foods before but this place change my mind! Love it and will be back. Haven't try their original cheesecake yet so I'm not really try to review the dessert lol ????

Came here on Labor day with family visiting from Alabama. Wait was about 45 minutes for a party of 6 with two kids. Excellent experience. Our waitress was super nice and patient with us. We all split a couple of entrees: Bistro Shrimp Pasta, Shrimp with Angel Hair, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Steak Diane, and the Gumbo. The Spicy Rigatoni was easiest the best dish. We also ordered a truffle chocolate cake and carrot cake. Highly recommend this location.

Would?ve been 5 stars however our meal took an extra long time to come out. The server explained it was shift change. Time between completing our appetizers and our main meal arriving was about 20+ minutes. Service was great! Food was tasty.
