We had a group of 5 and we only had to wait about 10 mins on a Sunday at 1230PM. I ordered thesuper skillet with hash browns $12.95). I didn?t want grits or gravy. The food was delicious and warm. I would definitely beback to try something else. My partner order the catfish and grits and I tried a piece of the fish and it was seasoned well andcrunchy. I highly recommend the silver skillet when you want some good comfort food.
My husband and I visited this fantastic diner during our trip to Atlanta. We decided to have breakfast, with me opting for the French toast and my husband choosing the super skillet omelette. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The biscuits were also a highlight. We were pleasantly surprised to learn about the restaurant's history and the list of movies and TV shows it has been featured in, which was written on the back of the menu. It was a nice touch to our meal.
This restaurant is amazing! I might have gone a bit overboard trying so many dishes, but I couldn't resist. The food was excellent! The biscuits were some of the best I've ever tasted. The ham was salty, but just the right amount, and the red-eye gravy was so delicious I could drink it on its own.
Eating at this restaurant made me feel like I was in a movie. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was amazing! It also reminded me of a South American version of a darshini, popular breakfast spots in Bangalore that serve South Indian delicacies. :p
My first time, so we tried the restored dishes... roasted fish to salty, pancakes taste super
