The Tavern at Phipps - Atlanta

My food came out cold and a bit dry. I ordered a house salad with ranch got the salad with no dressing.

Been here several times this was the worst overall. Food was bland and the service was slow.

We waited 30 minutes after our reservation time. The food was mediocre at best.

We made reservations for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at 8pm(on time) to be told that we could either sit outside or wait until an inside table came available along with the many people who just walked in off the street with no reservation. Yes I asked them....The rude brunette hostess said it could be over an hour. I was starving so went outside and I froze. Maybe they saw me shivering why they served us warm beer and wine! We live across the street and usually visit The Tavern so I am very disappointed. And I can tell you that no one seemed to care...I was looking for a manager but there were so many people inside I couldn’t make out who was management and who wasn’t. I tried to search for somewhere else for us to dine while outside freezing but of course everything was booked until after 10pm.The worst Valentine’s dining experience ever!

We love the Tavern! I think it was noisier than usual due to the holiday. The service wasn't very good which isn't the norm.
