Contribuisci feedbackWe visited a bit later in the evening on a Saturday night, but the service was so slow. We thought the service would be relatively fast, as the restaurant was empty. Turns out, most of the staff was out on breaks. Our server left for an extremely long time and returned with her friends after she'd been outside on the stairs chatting for about 45 minutes. In the time we waited to get our check, others left the restaurant because they hadn't been helped. Eventually she returned and informed us we could pay with a qr code and didn't have to wait. It would have been helpful for someone to tell us that earlier. We weren't the only ones not informed and other customers were also upset about waiting for no reason.
The food is always very good at Tin Lizzy's my coworkers and I dine there quite often, however, We made a reservation for 8 for a special occasion, this changed when we arrived from 8 to 10 but we all were seated by the hostess together. The service was horrible and I have never experienced this at the downtown location. The server Ed on several occasions was rude and snappy, we didn't get eating utensils, our drinks were refilled once, and someone from our team had to go to the bar to get his drink. the customer service was the worst.
Conveniently located across the street from a parking garage. Was able to get a reservation for 6 at 5:45pm, but it really wasn't too busy. Food was great; service was good but a bit slow for the low crowds. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.
Server was a complete dud. Didn’t give us a copy of the receipt so I can’t tell you his name. Only one follow up. Didn’t explain the restaurant. Just said what do you want. We noticed other servers doing great. Ours wasn’t. Food was superb.
Easy to make reservations for 8 and then graciously were able to accommodate 2 additional persons in our party upon arrival. Food and Service were great. We dined there twice in four days! Only note is you have to be patient and focused when paying your bill as the process is on the app and you can easily miss the button to get your receipt....
