Urban Wings - Atlanta

Absolutely delicious. the best wing I had in a long time. great selection of sauces and amazing customer service! we tried the chili sweet, lemon pepper hot, and general tso sauces and they were all so delicious and well balanced. they also have corn-nuggets I haven't had forever. the location itself was very clean and well kept. I will be absolutely back for this phenomenal wing!

Best wing place ever!! The people who work there are just absolutely lovely. they really make sure your order is correct! And the food is so good!! the order of curly fries are hefty, and the sauces for their chicken are delicious and unique. i haven’t asked but i think they make their own sauces because they’re so good! and the chicken itself is delicious. go eat here immediately

I finally got to get over to this restaurant after passing it by so many times. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly employees which was very impressive.I placed an order for wings and shrimp. When I got home the shrimp was the wrong flavor but the wings were amazingly delicious. I called and they said that they would replace the shrimp for me and that to me is great customer service. This place is very clean and they also have some wonderful delectable desserts. I will definitely be back. I just found my new wing place. FYI they sell vegan wings

I wish I had something good to say, but I can’t recommend Urban Wings. I placed an online order and received a confirmation with a pickup time. When I arrived they claimed they had cancelled the order, but could provide no evidence of the cancellation. It is now 3-hours later and I have still not received a cancellation or refund. Customer service was 0 stars. They made no effort to correct their error and were disrespectful to myself and others in the restaurant. Urban Wings could use an upgrade in staffing and a good cleaning.

Just tried it for the first time. Not impressed. Automatically lost points for not having a homemade ranch and blue cheese dressing. Also I ordered the Nola expecting it to have a little heat and flavor. Absolutely bland and zero heat. Good enough if you're just craving chicken wings but was nothing special.
