Wendy's - Atlanta

I absolutely love this Wendy's and the team here; they truly care about me and my family! I've never had a bad experience at any location, and I eat here weekly. My kids enjoy the Biggie Bags, and I'm a fan of the chili. The Earthberry Frost is amazing!

The fries were not hot, and I ordered cheese, but my assorted cheeses were also not warm. Some of the cheese was completely cold, as if it had just come straight out of the refrigerator.

I spent $15 on the new bourbon bacon cheeseburger, and when I got home and checked my food, that’s all I received. How could they possibly miss the meat, cheese, and toppings? It’s unbelievable!

This position on greenbriar pkwy is ghetto! Not only the children who do not want to work the work they were busy are super unprofessional, but also management. customer service is one of the keys when they have a good business and no one at this location could offer a decent customer service. I experienced all that in the drive-thru, what to show is terrible.

Extremely slow service. Drive thru has vehicles waiting all the way into the street. This is a very big inconvenience for delivery drivers. Fails to add customers name on their order causing more confusion.
