Contribuisci feedbackI visited this restaurant on my lunch break and went through the drive-thru on May 20 at 12:50 PM. The woman who helped me was extremely rude, which is surprising given that she's in a customer-facing position. It's clear why it was so easy to get through the drive-thru here, while other places were packed. I definitely won’t be giving them my business again.
I spent the longest time ever waiting in a drive-through. I was stuck behind the car at the menu for 7 minutes, during which I even watched a 7-minute video. When I finally got to the menu, the cashier asked me to wait. I tried to get their attention after a minute, then waited another 2 minutes before deciding to leave. By the time I drove off, there were 6 cars behind me, and I was only the second of three cars in line when I arrived. Next time, I'll just drive by; I could have easily made it to the McDonald's in the next neighborhood and gone through their drive-through twice by now.
The sign indicated that they were serving breakfast, so I went to the drive-thru. However, they informed me that it was closed. When I received my order, they gave me the wrong meal and seemed to blame me for it. To top it off, the bread was stale.
If I have to eat fast food, this is where I go, because at least they serve real beef. The people at this location are super nice. Service is also really quick, even if they are busy.
Went on lunch break, 1 person checking in orders. There was four people ahead of me, it took 35 minutes to place my order inside. The manager who was the one taking orders was very apologetic.
