Bongiornos was my number one to get a phillie. Great rolls and cheese. A real cheese steak. But the last time I got the delivery, my cheese steaks and cheeseries were a healthy mess. I'll give them another one soon.

Best Philly Cheesesteak in Jacksonville! I’ve never been to Philly to try an authentic cheesesteak, so I can’t make a direct comparison. However, if you’re looking for the best in Jacksonville, Bongiorno is the place to go. The sandwiches are enormous, and once you start eating one, it’s hard to stop! The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. I’ve dined here multiple times, and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommend!

Delicious! Everything from the cheese steak to the cheeseburger is fantastic. The delivery does take a bit longer, but honestly, it's worth the wait for such amazing food.

I can't wait to visit again on my next trip! I had read some reviews about poor service, but most people praised the food, and I can confirm that both the service and the food were outstanding. We arrived on Sunday just before noon, and I mistakenly thought they opened around 11. The hostess informed us that we would need to wait until the grill was heated. However, it wasn't a big deal; our waitress brought us drinks while we waited. We placed our order at 12:05, and the place was packed by then. I did feel a bit guilty since we had a large group and the dining area was quite small. Overall, I’m really looking forward to returning!

Best philly period. My wife didnt even eat phillies b4 i took her here, they are spot on and the owner is very nice, i do not eat a philly unless it is here the honest truth. lol i wont order one anywhere else period!
