Kfc - Auburn

Ordered in the drive-thru, wanted fries with a meal, but they gave me mac and cheese instead. When I went inside to get fries, it was only then that they told me they didn't have any fries that day. They could have told me when I placed my order. Thanksfor wasting my time.

Stopped in here for a Mac and Cheese bowl Spicy. At least this KFC knows how to make it right. My last KFC experience gave me mashed potatoes instead of Mac and Cheese. This one was fantastic and plenty spicy. Staff super friendly and courteous.

Everyone seems to experience the same, false commands, terrible service, unsafe staff. this is the next kfc to me but after yesterday evening I am willing to drive a little further just to actually get what I ordered. these complaining seem to fall on deaf ears, but I will continue to write to the company, the management there must really reassess the training of employees. I do not say that each one of them is inconvenient, but are a good baptism of them. to make faces behind the backs of people, not listening to customers, giving dirty looks on customers, not repeat what the customer ordered several people running around in the back, while only 1 person takes up for the drive-thru and the front counter, soda bar is super sticky and missing nozzles. perhaps next time (if we return to this place) my order is wrong, I will skip companies and involve the local tracking stations.

Yes I just ordered four piece combo chicken dinner, and it was supposed to come with fries and when I arrived home I found that they didn't put fries in the box which I had already paid for. Terrible service. Thanks for ripping me off. And I tried to call their restaurant but no one answered the phone, how convenient.

My tacos were cold and queensadilla was not cut and also cold. nasty not the money worth
