I was impressed by the good quality of food! It was fresh, balanced and the flavors were great. Everything was good and not soggy and done about like some other places. I'll definitely eat back here. I recommend this facility.
The food was absolutely awful, and the chicken was grey in the chicken fried rice. The garlic chicken was way too spicy. The fried noodles for the chow mein were not edible. The happy family has disgusting seafood. It was so gross. Will never go back.
Ordered the dinner A with a side of orange chicken. The food was great, and there was plenty left over to take home. The waiter was phenomenal as well, if I could give more stars I would! 10/10 would recommend
The Szechuan Restaurant has been in the same spot for over 30 years. They haven't changed the decor of the restaurant since they first opened. Before Google maps and reviews, this restaurant used to be the place to go for Chinese and Szechuan style cuisine. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. When a restaurant no longer cares about the product and service they provide, it is very apparent when you visit the restaurant. Apparently, vegetable chow mein now included chicken. The general chicken was flavorful, but the chicken was fatty. With a remodel and a new cook, this place could be a Chinese food destination that it once was. IG SACRAMENTOHONEY
It was pretty good Asian food for up here in the mountains. The cheese wontons are very good. The staff was friendly and offered to customize a dish. They are very nice.
