The restaurant is located within the main hotel and is open for dinner from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, closed on Sundays, and welcomes both hotel guests and outside diners. The interior features dark walls and no windows to the outside world, creating an intimate and immersive atmosphere. The design directs attention towards the dining experience, emphasizing the enjoyment and relaxation that comes with each meal. It's a wonderful setting to indulge in exquisite cuisine.
The restaurant offers exquisite dishes made with fresh ingredients that guarantee a delicious dining experience. The menu features Scottish ingredients infused with French culinary techniques. You'll definitely remember the delightful foie gras bon bon!
Everything at Gleneagles is impressive, and Andrew Fairlie is no exception. My partner and I truly enjoyed this culinary experience!
Dined here celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had. From the girl hosting at the front desk, to the young guy and girl who attended to us all night, and the sommelier. Absolutely exceptional. The food was out of this world, and the wine just as good. We can’t thank the staff enough for the culinary experience they gave us. Absolutely top drawer.
