Kfc New Lynn - Auckland

Great scream! this an amazing lady works on 23/06/22 I came at 7 a.m. because my order (game box girl) was missing items (piece chickens) until the time we came home and checked. She gave us a complete fresh box with everything we had ordered. Very impressed and a satisfied customer. Didn't catch her name But blonde hair great customer service!

I hate to say this sentence, but I am very impressed by KFC's new Lynn service tonight. There were only lots of people in the car thru, but it was so fast and the food was waiting for me. And it was perfectly cooked: I also forgot to ask additional spices, but it was not important that the chips were calculated to perfection x

24/10/2023 10:45 First appearance was clean neat, it was in the morning. Ordnete an Ultimate Pack, no potato engraving, so I got more big pommes instead, everything was Luke warm, except the pommes were pipping hot gum! Customer service was great. Toilet hand washers were clean. I love the mini makeover of the shop.

Mostly really good. But KFC no longer has its amazing seasons for the Pommes. Last 4 visits Zero season every time I ask for extra, but got Zero, but they tell you they have it. Apparently untrue

Well it says it's open at 10am. I go there in my 30 minute tea break and have my order placed by 10:05. At 10:18 I was informed by the staff that the hot n spicy chicken I order was going to be another 10 minute wait and offered orginal. I agreed but wasn't offered/ compensated anything extra for the extra I paid for the hot n spicy chicken. And to top it all off, I was given a room temperature coke no sugar when I ordered normal coke. Bit disappointed.
