Mad Samurai - Auckland

Very friendly service and got a very warm welcome from the staff. The beef is not that impressive. But, the sushi and sashimi platter come in a reasonable portion for 4 people. Not too much and not too less.

We got takeaways to have at home (ordered on Zomato and it totally satisfied my sashimi cravings. The sashimi was delicious and fresh, as was the nigiri sushi. Also enjoyed the beef dishes and karage chicken. Yum! Definitely keen to order again. They also left a nice thank you note in the takeaway bag :

Amazing salmon with miso plum sauce. The yummiest I've ever had! A very balanced meal with sweet savoury miso plum celebrating the salmon. The potato mash was a nice surprise.
