Contribuisci feedbackBest Tandoori Chicken i had in NZ. This guy is one man army in preparing dishes. Kind, humble and put all his love in making dishes. Even Achari Chicken and garlic naan was bang on with delicious taste. Definately will try out other dishes too. I recommend this place 10/10
My dad bought home the tandoori chicken for dinner and it was a wonderful decision. The chicken, which I squeezed lemon juice over with the given lemon pieces, was succulent and well cooked. The marination was perfect and the overall taste too.<br/ <br/ Would definitely try again.
Phone Order in advance is best- walk up and you are likely to wait from 20 to 45 mins. The food is good; varies from time to time and habitual meal is a full Tandoori Chicken, with a couple of naans; have tried other curries and butter chicken pretty good; a little too tomatoey (as in paste? strength sometimes. Lamb Rogan Josh has been sublime in past.
If you are looking for home cook food this is the place. Make sure you call before going there, the owner appreciate the food and it takes some time to serve. Only take away, no dining.
This place is truly a hidden Gem.<br/ I haven't been here in a few months but used to go here quite often till they closed down to get renovated.<br/ <br/ Probably one of the best butter chickens garlic naan's I have tasted in Auckland.<br/ The flavors are authentic and you can tell the cook takes pride in each and every meal he makes.<br/ <br/ Takeaway is always hot (freshly prepared) and the chicken Tikka +lamb shish is a must have.<br/ <br/ The chef is really friendly and loves a good chat .<br/ <br/ Decently priced and good quantity.<br/ <br/ It's all in the name <br/ <br/ Staff : <br/ Food : <br/ Price :
