Tony's Lord Nelson - Auckland

I was initially a bit hesitant since I usually go to Tony's Steakhouse, but I ended up loving this place! I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection—well-seasoned and absolutely delicious. I requested pepper sauce and ended up ordering another serving because it was so good! The croquettes were fantastic, with a crunchy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior. The tiramisu was excellent as well! I would definitely go back.

The food here is fantastic, and the atmosphere is incredibly comfortable. The Mr. Nelson Rib is exceptional, and the chowder soup is packed with fresh scallops and expertly prepared. It's definitely better than the well-known Jevouis Steak that everyone usually recommends from their top picks. I will definitely be back. The reasonable prices and attention to detail in the food truly deserve a big thumbs up!

We had a reservation for 6:45 PM on a Friday evening and, upon arrival, noticed that the restaurant was packed! Despite that, we received attentive service. The black pepper steak was fantastic, and the potato croquettes served with it were a delightful addition. The fish of the day was well-prepared and fresh. For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolate mud cake, which was perfectly moist and rich in chocolate flavor without being overly sweet. It was a wonderful way to end a fabulous meal. However, I believe it would have been perfect if the cream accompanying it had been replaced with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream! Overall, we had a very enjoyable dinner with great service in a unique dining atmosphere.

One of the best seafood knowers I've ever tasted! Not only were ALL our meals exceptional in taste, the size was more than expected. Fantastic place with reasonable prices. Also the seating style and the cozy gally atmosphere. Will be back.

Delicious food beyond expectations. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The price is not cheap. But it is a place worth visiting at least once.
