The Grillhouse Sandton

One of the best fillet steaks I’ve had, extremely tender, well seasoned and flavoursome. Good service at the door with the manager checking everything was ok. Had a virgin pina colada which was also very good. Place was poppin even on a Wednesday night, didn’t have to wait for a lonely table of one though. Nice interior, and the restaurant sits in a small enclave of similar high end polished eateries in a flashy cluster of glass buildings. Table service was fine, could’ve been better, and the fries were mediocre, but the steak made up for all that, 300g was plenty, wish I had the 200g to try the attractive dessert menu. If you want a steak look no further

Every time I want to eat the best cut meat in town, Grillhouse is my place. I fell in love with their starter bread rolls back in the early 2000 at Katzy's, the roll is magic!

I can really recommend the prime rib. Deliciousness
