Bright Pizza is a popular fast food chain that offers a wide selection of vegan options. This branch located on Quay Street is ideal for a sunny summer day, where we enjoyed our pizzas in the rose gardens in Parnell. We placed our order online using our phone, which made customizing our pizzas easy with the variety of free toppings available. We arrived at our designated pick-up time, but the staff was very friendly and quickly prepared our pizzas so we didn't have to wait long. We ordered the limited Beyond Pizza, Sinister Pizza, and Vegan Pride Pizza in snack sizes, loading them up with various free toppings. The total came to around $30, which was reasonable for the delicious vegan options and generously topped pizzas. The standout was the limited Beyond Pizza, which had the most flavor compared to the others. The Sinister and Vegan Pride pizzas were a bit bland and could have used more salt and seasoning. Despite this, we still enjoyed the pizzas as the crust was crispy and satisfying to bite into. Be prepared for a bit of a kick if you choose spicy options like jalapeños, chili, and hot sauce, as they are more intense here compared to other fast food chains. Overall, we left feeling satisfied and guilty for indulging in such delicious pizzas.
