Albaretto - Augsburg

In the albaretto hotel residence there is the purest exploitation over the inhabitants. for everything they are asked for extra money, e.g. if the package messenger delivers a package at the reception, the inhabitants must be for the up to the apartment with approx. 8 euro. If the tw or the phone or the like does not work, they will only be referred to the fee to be paid before they accept the problem at all. an escort or sports cup must be paid if they can participate or not. eating in restaurant has left hard after several changes of the cook, always gives the same, partly in strange combinations. also the personal at the reception is unfriendly and unqualified. there are no more summer or evening events (since monthly Saturdays). the “organized” rides are no longer accompanied, so they can also book directly in the bus company. everything else is offered by the inhabitants themselves. from the side of the albaretto and the hern s. is only removed. the old people are intimidated, they are threatened with the local ban, etc. in the last three years the rent has been increased annually, and the eating pancake also rises annually. from my own stand price and performance have long been in no relationship.

I recently visit an aquafitness course in the albaretto's indoor swimming pool. I was disappointed by the pictures on the internet. there are no spines available in the dressing rooms for personal items.lt. from the personal probably because keys always disappear or not back. so only remains to take his bag with the complete things into the hall bath. it drips dirty condensation water from the dach, through a sliding roof above the hall bath, so everything is also wet from above. an email with an application to the director of these facilities unfortunately remained unanswered. other participants thought that herr Spielberger probably said that you can go swimming somewhere else. without comment.

For me the albaretto has nothing to do with the hotel residence. at the beginning there was a New Year's menu with program until midnight. penultimate year to 22 clock, last year to 21 clock and this year we are sent to home after we have already eaten at 20 clock. for me, it makes the impression that we should get used to it in time. with hotelresidenz has nothing to do with! we are only asked to the cash register, and the performance and service will be worse from year to year. in the evening there are only small things in the restaurant (e.g. Wienerle, leberkäs). in the trips is no longer accompanied (Albaretto staff) and we old people are on ourselves. packages that we have to pick up at the reception itself, or can get them to a fee. the weekly program consists only of actions that organize roommates (gameday, knit group, cook together, film night). from the side of the albaretto hardly anything is offered. we are forced to take over and pay the package and food package. otherwise we are threatened with the local ban. I find it very bad that they no longer promise to be adhered to by the albaretto side. the price-performance ratio is far from true.

I've been here for christmas too. the kitchen had already had several possibilities to disappoint me;)Together: fresh kitchen, fresh ingredients, young team who obviously (hopefully all) understand their crafts.The prices are so designed that the owner apparently only has to cover his fixed costs. a two mark will probably remain. but he won't be rich with it....I can only hope that the chef will appreciate his current kitchen team and this will care. for a second that brings such a quality to the teller he will not get. I believe I know myself with it;)

The ambiente is less attractive. has a hall character. very limited, but tastefully ok.Very attentive with our little children!
