Dichtl - Augsburg

I have preordered a birthday café for my mother and paid the amount in advance. when I collected the cake a month later, they said that the store I had (and that they gave me) is not valid and. that they have not included in their recording. in the previous year I ordered the same of them by the same process and had no problem. but this time the personal was also very rude and said that they did not do such mistakes. they didn't even have to check the order correctly and just remember that they didn't have the order and they can't return the money. how do they treat a customer so? absolutely ruined the surprise for my mother. Although I was a constant customer, I will never go back there again! So if they ever make an order in advance, they make sure to pay only for them when they do the collection!

We enjoyed the breakfast here so much that we went back to coffee and cake on the afternoon. the restaurant has a “old world” charm and a great location in the middle of augsburg. the staff is very friendly and fast. The...breakfast with freshly baked broth (broetchen) and fresh ingredients tastes very good. the cake we tried black forrest and mango chocolate, was very good and not too sweet. what we really appreciate was the personal member who took her duty seriously and put an old woman (which took her mask and then started coughing and not her face covered) on her mask. I don't understand why people are so selfish to endanger others by taking their masks (it works in asia, why not have in the west and the boldness, then starting to shorten, don't think about the rest of us.

This caffe is where the locals have for many years a afternoon tea and cake, meet with friends or just enjoy hot chocolate. yes, it is always full and the service can take a little long, but if they can not in a hurry they can simply relax...and enjoy afternoon with locals while waiting their orders. we try the hot chocolate and cake, its good not so stunning, but it was ok to enjoy all afternoon in augsburg

We went to this place with high expectations, but were disappointed. the cakes were at best cut, the coffee was not good either. the interieur is beautiful, I should give it to them.

Worst service level I have seen in all Bavaria. You sit there and you need to wait for a long time for a waiter to show up. If you have time and are not worried about that, enjoy the delicious cake... or order to go.
