Riverfront Barbeque - Augusta

The riverfront barbeque and also the gin mill (a lounge on the top floor) are not to be missed when they are in the Augusta area. excellent real barbeque and a lot of other options, including many vegetarian elements. I fucked up on bbq and ran my wife over the veggie burrito. the attentive and smiling service rounded out the experience. great time.

A nice local non-chain spot. Good grill large portions a beautiful bar area. More of a fun place than a formal but the background music is great and the cake is to die.

Let me say first, the family of my friend is from the south, and they love their barbeque. When they said I had to check this place, I knew it would have to be pretty good. I have a take-out order (I just like to eat such creepy foods in the privacy of my hotel room! The chicken was heavenly! It was a good quality chicken, and you could say that they perfected their grilling technique. The prices were great. And the woman who helped me with the order was very helpful and such a treasure. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely go back there!

I had the Jambalaya and it was wonderful. To a cold evening. Huge portion and grain bread were also gigantic. My wife enjoyed her bride, although the little taste I had was not my favorite, but it was good.

Small ?store front? Type of restaurant. Service was great. Food was good, except the macaroni and cheese as a side dish. It was watery and little taste.
