Wingstop - Augusta

I don?t know if she?s the manager or not, but the one that?s usually barking orders at people (employees, dashers AND customers) IS RUDE, miserable a $hi#y manager! She snatches bags from customers, makes demands acts like she?s being disturbed by the fact that you?re in the store! Writing this review hoping it brings overdue attention to her superiors. Almost anyone else could do a better job of running that place they?d have to be more pleasant than her!

I tried this location tonight and I will never be back. I just left a complaint about this location because of how awful the service was tonight. They became severely backed up because two employees were joking around with each other. I stood there and saw them drop a whole order of food on the floor while playing around that they had to toss in the trash and I believe that's why they got backed up. People were cancelling orders and leaving because of how long it was taking just to complete simple orders, including for Door Dash. I waited for nearly 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be complete in the restaurant for them to complete a simple chicken tender combo that I ordered online. The restaurant became extremely packed because of incompetence on the employees' behalf. Replace the entire crew with new people if you don't want to lose customers. And refund my money if you want higher than 1 star because the way I was treated tonight is unacceptable. Simple as that.

Worst wing stop I?ve ever been too. I waited damn near 25 minutes for my food only to get home and my food was thrown everywhere in my bag and my ranch was busted all over everything . I couldn?t believe it i was so upset. Bad business and entire staffs needs to be fired

Stomach ache, diarrhea and abused after eating this particular place. this restaurant is not clean enough. they prep eating in the dining room (cornered) and the workers have terrible attitudes. will not return and hopefully some will read them all?t visit or return.

Eating was amazing! wings had a lot of sauce. the fries were beautiful and crispy, also with many of them. Unfortunately, I was only ordering 1 ranch for the two, but it's in order. the place seemed scarcely busy, but the waiting period was not terrible. lady at the front apologised for the? long wait? although it wasn't so bad what accentuates the customer service this place. I would definitely drive a little further to get to this place, just because of the quality of food and the friendly environment? (recommended sauces: lemon hot, mango habanero and cajun) (fries: spiced and extra crispy)
