Ac's Pub - Aurora

Had fish fry cod/shrimp combo shrimp was somewhat over fried and cod was not typical of fried cod I've had at a fish fry... was not flavorful in my opinion.(My spouse didn't like the fishy fry either)I was disappointed.General atmosphere,service and crowd(older) was good.Entertainment was good.was good.I'd go back but not for fish fry.

Zero hospitality. Staff was the farthest thing from accommodating all because we had a 10 month old baby with us. Before we even took two steps in the door we were met with a staff member letting us know where we were NOT allowed to sit. Which was an entire side of the restaurant. Then another staff member told us we couldn’t sit on the opposite side because they had trivia and “people normally sit there and play trivia” even though NO ONE was there at that moment and it was NOT reserved. The 10 month old had to miss dinner for her grandmas birthday because there was no seating for us that was to the restaurants liking. This was our first time there and will absolutely be the last.

Stopped in for the first time tonight. Amber the bartender was AMAZING! so friendly and just made me feel comfortable, Dana was also amazing walking around interacting and showing the food menu , delivering drinks. The vibe was great. Will DEFINITELY be back. !

If I could rate 0 I would... The manager Mary was extremely rude. As a server and currently being in the industry I can understand that there are bad days, but Mary 's never been pleasant any time I 've came to AC 's. The management is terrible quite honestly. The servers are so kind and respectful but the manager was rude and abrasive. She didn 't care about me or my friend and tried closing us out when we hadn 't even ordered. She was rushing our server all around with it being dead on the floor, and being mean to her as well. I 've never seen such a display of incompetence in my years of being a server and working in the food industry. This woman needs to be fired from AC 's to even have a shot of thriving, because she is destroying this business with negativity and is a psychopathic boss. She 's also currently drunk and yelled at my friend for trying to pay for our food and leave and she also stepped on my friends foot and yelled in her face and threatened to call the cops on us because we were holding up her server as we were trying to pay and leave. RIDICULOUS manager, until she 's fired I will NOT be returning. And if any of you run into a woman managing called Mary, I suggest you leave because she will single handedly ruin your experience just as she did ours.

Great. Dana was very attentive and pleasant. Hope she will be there next time I visit.
