Contribuisci feedbackThat is one of the cases in which they could leave a negative mark. this is under one of the worst mcdonald’s you can visit! meat is always dry. with a terrible taste texture. I guess, as it is part of a gas station, they don't care about the quality it shows so much! I was too often here to say the least (2 reasons 1. the door, 2. it is next to dairy queen. sometimes a burger fritts for a snack with a kirschsonntag.) it is really the whole franchise.
Y'all need to control yalls mcbitches my boyfriend went this morning to get me a big breakfast one of my cravings since I'm 8 months pregnant and he told you guys 2 times what he wanted and y'all gave him a egg and bacon sandwich?? I hate when people act like this and my boyfriend doesn't even know English and he even showed y'all a picture too and you guys still didn't even have the urge to fix the order.
They say everywhere inside and outside and even on the app that they are 24hours! TOTALLY not! I got charged when they were clearly inside doing BS. But what else do you expect from teenagers without lives?! No stars other than just doing a review. Middle finger actually make it a double!!!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup this morning. I got 2 cinnamon rolls and a sandwich. The order came out and I went to give my kids the cinnamon rolls, but the bag had 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns in it...I figured I got someone else's order so I went through the drive through which took forever and told them my order was wrong. The women started yelling at me and telling me that she put one in the bag and would give me one cinnamon roll. I told her I paid for 2 so that's what I wanted. She was yelling at me through the speaker so I just drove up to the window. She came to the window and basically accused me of trying to hide the cinnamon roll that she supposedly gave me. Even when I gave her the bag that I received she continued to argue with me. I assume she was a shift manager but she was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She eventually gave me the cinnamon rolls and I left but I will never return and will contact corporate. It was all just super uncalled for and ruined my morning. I can't even begin to tell you how many of my orders have been incorrect and I just drive away but I'm sick of it.
7/18/2022: I wish I could give Negative Stars here! I got in line before 10:30am to get some breakfast. Once I got the speaker I was denied any breakfast items. The menu literally changed infront of me from breakfast to lunch. But I don 't want lunch. I wanted breakfast. I just don 't understand why I couldn 't get breakfast. This is terrible customer service and I definitely will be telling my friends not to go to this location... Also, do you even care that you have a 2 star rating for your location... I guess not! After going in to talk to the manager, Keisha , I learned that she was that individual that denied me my breakfast in the Drive-Thru. Well, I guess every person has their moment of turning into a KAREN... I asked for a phone number to talk to her manager. Someone in a higher position must care about how I was treated, right?! I was given a coupon with a number written on it, 303-690-6868. Its busy.... It 's been busy now for 1.5 hours now. Why do I feel like I 'm getting the run around for this.
