Mcdonald's - Aurora

I really love this mc usually I don’t like their service but today was different they said sorry for being a bit late as they were with another customer,then he asked respectfully what I wanted and served me the way the should kinda like in n out .The lady handing my food handed it to me respectfully that is what I call a 5 star.

Food is always undercooked. Had paper still on the cheese..ridiculous wait times. Tired of this location

This place is going down hill fast, my last two times ordering from here I ask for no onions and that must be a problem for some employees because they just shove the onions in between pattys hidden in the cheese so you can't just pick them off like I usually do a shut up.

Most of the time, it's fine, normal McDonald's. But many problems too. Today, I pay almost $7 for a damn steak bagel sandwich. Get home no steak on the thing. Totally sucks.

This place I feel like is the worst. They lectured us about ranch no joke we asked for 3 for two meals and said two should be enough for yall I responded may I please have 3! not 2 she said why?! i responded I am sorry if you need to charge me fine she said no we dont just 3 is too much I could not belive these people and literally threw the ranch at me some African lady thru drive through. Why are you arguing over ranch that doesnt come out of your paycheck!?
