Mimi's Cafe - Aurora

I had an amazing time with my friend during our visit to Denver, CO. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great music, and our server was outstanding. Mara attended to our needs with so much enthusiasm! The food was delicious!

Beef brisket hash—it's the best I've ever had, and I'm originally from the South! It was incredibly delicious and has become my favorite breakfast dish!

You must have the mulfins. I'm so upset that there are no mimises where I live or I would visit this place frequently. I really enjoyed the coffee and the santa fe omelette. our server was very friendly and prompt. everything we ate was very good and cheap. can not wait to return to the region denver for round 2.

I love this place. highly recommended for the emails. they can not beat buy one get a free on their great food. the restaurant is always clean and the server are always friendly and very attentive. I think the only grip I have is to get the end of the tomato today: the pain was wonderful!

The food was just okay, and the restaurant itself seems outdated with lacking customer service. We arrived at 12:45 with a party of five and waited 20 minutes to be seated, even though the dining area was only half full and there were very few servers working. By the time someone came to take our order, it was already 1:40. I strongly suggest they renovate and work on their customer service, or they might want to consider closing down. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.
