If you order a sub from the menu, they will only add the ingredients listed for that specific sandwich, which includes any extras or modifications. It's quite frustrating! For example, jalapeños don’t seem to come with any of the sandwiches, so I suspect they just sit there unused. It feels like the employees are either too lazy or have some bias against their customers, because I simply can’t believe that Subway as a company would implement such a silly policy.
He waited for the employee to finish preparing an online order of five sandwiches. I made sure the employee was aware of my BOGO foot-long coupon before I placed my order. The menu states that "extra meat deluxe" or double meat comes with an additional charge. I ordered two sandwiches with double meat, along with a few drinks and cookies. When I got to the register, I scanned my badge for the discount, but the employee told me that both sandwiches were classified as "pro sandwiches," which meant my badge wasn't valid for this transaction. This drove the total from over $17 to more than $35. The entire experience was disappointing, especially since the coupon clearly listed all the relevant details. The sandwiches weren't "pro"; they were just regular sandwiches with double meat. Frustrated and already annoyed, I chose not to argue about the coupon with the employee and left without making a purchase. It's disheartening and disappointing that they wouldn’t honor the manufacturer’s coupon.
I don't really know if it was new touchscreen there, but I bought two subs with a bucking toppings and came home and I had only meat and cheese on my sandwich. and sandwich was not simply cut. only a bad experience
Messes up my sandwich every single time and you can't even correct them because they don't understand English or something
Ordered online. They did not make the order telling me they are closing early they didn't call to cancel instead taking the money.They refused to issue a refund saying call customer service. Currently disputing it with credit company.
