Contribuisci feedbackThe staff is terrible; the fries are often served cold, and they frequently forget items. The employees don't take their jobs seriously, seem to have too much fun, and are often seen eating the food.
My experience at Wendy's was disappointing. The meat was overcooked and seemed like it had been sitting on the grill for hours. It's the same issue every time I visit, even after more than a year since my last trip. Clearly, quality has taken a backseat here. I believe the health department needs to pay a visit. The drive-thru orders are consistently messed up, and the same goes for dining inside—nobody seems to care. Prices have gone up while the quality has declined, and even food workers are only making around $18 an hour. It’s frustrating! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at any of the three Wendy's locations in GVR.
The customer service here is excellent! The staff in the morning were incredibly helpful and friendly. Today, especially, when customer service seemed to be lacking, I received outstanding service! I really hope the man who assisted me with the French toast sticks gets promoted to manager!
The team that will load this is quite amazing in my opinion. I've been there three times, everyone with their own challenges, but eating was still what I ordered and the team went over and beyond to keep their cool and offer a smile when they gave me my order
The employees sure don’t know how to work efficiently, so slow … lacks leadership , have to get their attention if you need spoons or ketchup etc…
