Chili's Grill - Austell

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! There was only one server handling a maximum of three tables, while what looked like a manager sat around not offering any assistance. It seemed like she prioritized her phone over serving customers or helping her staff. This demonstrates poor leadership, and it's no wonder that people don’t want to work here!

Absolutely avoid this place! The bar staff have terrible attitudes, and the servers aren't any better. Even on a slow day, you'll wait at least 30 minutes because they're too busy chatting and gossiping about customers. The food arrives cold, and the staff is clearly under-trained. It's disappointing to see someone's investment going to waste because of the way this place is managed. This deserves negative stars!

As shown in the picture below, there was something truly unappetizing in my drink. We also waited an hour from the moment we arrived until our food was served. Overall, it was a terrible experience. If you're thinking about dining at this Chili's, I strongly suggest you turn around and leave. The staff seemed indifferent to our presence. They even served us dessert without any forks, and it took about seven minutes after we asked for them before we finally received one. I'm incredibly disappointed. During our visit, we also noticed another family who, clearly frustrated, decided to walk out. This whole experience has left me feeling quite disheartened.

Tuesday night...6:30...restaurant was 75% empty...told it would be a 45 minute wait. We said okay. The hostess started to walk away, then looked back at us confused, Oh, you wanna wait? . We were going to, but on second thought, no. As we left, I noticed several employees just hanging out and sitting in booths. Not sure what has gone wrong with this location, but we won 't be back.

The worst experience ever at chilis. I 've traveled for work. For a while and never been to the worst chilis. The bartender lady gave me and coworker attitude as soon as we sat down. Pressured us to order "so are you ready to order or not. After looking menu for 1 minute. Then refills our drink out of the same mugs used for our first drink then when ready to pay she gives attitude right away about splitting the bill etc. So we take food to go and man the worst attitude and experience we had to bag our own food to go. Don 't recommend if you ever in Georgia... look at this molded
