Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Austell

The management was disappointing, and the customer service was lacking. We tried to order a couple of Blizzards, but the staff member spent the entire first half of our visit on his phone at the register. When we finally placed our order, he wasn’t paying attention and we had to repeat it all over again. Overall, it was not a great experience.

I visited this restaurant on Friday to ask about their cakes. When I entered, a blonde employee was extremely rude. After I made my purchase, she handed me a plastic bag and rushed to the back without even saying "Have a nice day," choosing instead to gossip with her co-workers. I was looking to buy a cake for my child's birthday, but due to the poor treatment I received, I will not be returning to this store. I can't help but wonder if my experience was influenced by the fact that I am not white. This matter should be looked into!

I have to say, they should be embarrassed by their tiny $3.89 mini blizzard, which was only halfway frozen. Honestly, the cashier's attitude was even colder than the blizzard itself. The food I ordered was slightly cold too, so I had to heat it up as soon as I got home. I hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in ten years, and I thought I’d give it another shot, but now I understand why I stayed away for so long. I won't be returning!

To have only a cashier and one cook they did great with all orders and drive thru was a wait. My order was on point so no complaints at all I will return better than the one on Veterans Memorial.

I?ve gone here several times recently and usually it?s an ok experience however on today it was not. I ordered a chocolate shake for my daughter and the car in front of us had an order that took about 15-18 minutes. When we got to the window the person Iassume is a manger reaches to give me a melted shake.. when I asked if we could get another since we waited behind the previouscar almost 20 minutes he proceeded to yell about just making it when I could see it had been sitting and melting. Treat yourcustomers better sir!!
