Contribuisci feedbackThey changed their hours of operation but didn't update them online. My partner and I drove across town for some ice cream, only to find the store locked and empty. It's very inconsiderate to treat customers this way, especially when many businesses are struggling to stay afloat during these challenging times.
I had a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream for downloading the app, but when I tried to use it at the store, the barcode wouldn’t scan. They refused to let me have my scoop. On top of that, once I redeemed the coupon, it timed out after just 5 minutes, so I can’t even use it at another location. The manager was unhelpful, and overall, I experienced very poor customer service.
The posted hours indicate that your location closes at 10 PM on Sundays, so I'm puzzled as to why the employees locked the doors at 9:27. They then proceeded to stand behind the counter on their phones, seemingly ignoring the people knocking at the door. There aren't many activities available for our children at this hour, and this was something they were really looking forward to. Thank you for spoiling that experience.
Whenever I come to this place, the workers are lazy and it seems they don't want to work. I came at 6:00 and they have already closed and brought things away, although the sign says they close at 9:00.
The hours said it was closed at 10:00. We pulled out all the lights at 9:20, and it was closed.
