Our party of 4 had been sitting for 35 minutes without a waiter coming by, while others who arrived after us and in our opposite were served immediately, so we went for a walk. I even know that the best restaurants can have one night, but in the rule someone will be on the fact that a table has not assigned a waiter and will help with the situation. Nobody around us seemed to be interested in it. the restaurant sent me a personal and apologetic email with a gift card that was estimated. but our dinner companions had found that the service at wink is not what it was once, so we are not sure when we come back.
Interesting and tasty menu, waitress patient and explains all the courses, small and intimate.
We went there NY’s eve for a romantic dinner for 2. we had a reservation of 8:30 and arrived at 8:35. we were told our table and were not ready to sit in the wine bar. the wine bar experience was beautiful, with good music and a funny bartender. unfortunately we only sat at 9:15 on the table. we were not alerted for a few minutes. the time between ordering our food and the first cure was good 25 minutes. we ordered a 5-course meal and had to overthrow the last two courses. we finished the meal at 11:26 o'clock. there was no music in the main kitchen room and could just hear people chatter what I didn't like. the duck and steak dishes were perfect. the foie gras was a joy and melted in my mouth. the server felt bad about the situation and gave something weeping for the inconvenience. I'd rather eat the next time in the winery. the trip dessert was also a highlight.
Always so so very delicious and his was no exception, just a little slow; we figured about 5-10 minutes more between each course. BUT, it is such a fabulous palate experience we will continue to come back. Wine pairings are perfect! Thank you.
