The bread is thick and crispy, but somehow light. Pimento spread so thick that it's getting around. Green to compensate for the decadence. All piled up on a brioche bungalow. Holy smoke.
Favorite Cajun food truck! Service is always great and food is fresh. Not to mention it's inside my favorite bar. Ive tried almost everything on the menu, absolutely delicious and very authentic. The patio area is very nice in cool weather, because the hot food will warm you up. Great place to get food and have a few.
We were looking to try a new food truck, and gave this place a shot. So glad we did. It's a little confusing to find it's located in the back of the bar Shangri la (you have to walk through the bar to get to it, there's not another way around). Lots of picnic tables with sting lights. We tried the jambalaya, the crawfish etoufee, the side of crab boil potato salad, and the beignets all of it was amazing! The jambalaya was creatively served in almost like a corn dog like style on a stick so good! Our favorite were the delicious beignets perfect sweet end to the meal. And the girl that owns the truck is super nice. Will be back!
The best chicken sandwich I ever had. Ingredients are fresh and food is made when ordering. The Jambalaya on a stick is unique and full of taste. Sausage is really good and the bread was crisp and well prepared. Now and then we consider driving over an hour only for eating here because it's just so good. The two men working inside were funny and friendly.
Great night new years ago. perfect comfort for a cool, rainy quarantine night. We had trouble picking up (although the working guy was super helpful), so in the end we might need more than we needed. etoufee excellent. will return when it nice weather the terrace is nice and open air, but the sofa was us...
