Buddy's Mexican Grill - Austin

I asked for a veggie dish and I got water-punched medley veggies that tasted like they were freezing. they also beat a lot of guacamole and acid cream. reis was muddy. not cool Buddy?s mexican grill? not cool?

Here as twice a week for a year and had no problems. in the last few weeks they have just stopped online orders, but still invite people without notice and they have not taken off their door dash list. it is crazy incapable, and the workers are all rude and do not want to help what so ever. Eat now also tastes terrible and it is all watery. I don't think they're taking care of food safety. I was sick after I had eaten the last time there, and the workers didn't wear gloves when they served me.

The first edge I came to this establishment 4 weeks ago, I got good food and service. Today I thought I would try it again, but it didn't train like that. When I approached the front counter, the dame saw me, turned around and went to the sink in which she cleaned the water out of the towel, then it went to wipe the counter as if I wasn't standing before her. I waited patiently to give her the advantage of the doubt. After she had waited for about two minutes, she finally recognized me and that I asked me what can I get her? in a half ton. I then tried to ask her one of the elements on the menu. she ignored me at this point as if I didn't talk to her. I have a vote that carries her hard vote for her not believe that she did not hear me. So I ran away. in restaurant is a business with a gas station. I wanted to drink and the business was eating. I then looked after approx. 5 minutes later on the front counter and the same woman who ignored me when I served someone else without problems. I'm not back.

Most of these reviews were probably during the shortages, amazes me how little understanding people have but just complain to complain. Every burrito I have bought has been great. The queso and guac has also always been good. One of my favorite spots with so little options in my area.
