Cabo Bob's Burritos - Austin

Absolutely amazing! I love their food! They offer an incredible variety of shells that I haven't seen anywhere else. It's great that you can simply point to a label instead of talking over the glass. The drink selection is fantastic too, with choices that don’t contain high fructose corn syrup, and the mint sweet tea is simply immaculate! This place is definitely worth a visit!

As for parking, the lot is a bit on the small side, but it's generally manageable unless it's dinner time when it gets busy with customers from Texas Roadhouse overflowing into the area.

The meal prices typically range from $9 to $13, whether you choose three tacos or a burrito. Burritos come with rice and beans, while the tacos offer a variety of options. Keep in mind that drinks and extras will cost you more. You can customize your order with various add-ons. I tried the supreme fish tacos with avocado, and they were incredibly delicious! Note that adding avocado will set you back an additional $1.50. Parking is a breeze, as the lot is spacious. While there might be a line at times, it usually moves quickly, so I wouldn't be concerned if you see more than seven or ten people ahead of you. Cabo Bob's also offers a loyalty card, where you can earn stamps with each purchase and eventually score a free burrito. Just remember to ask for the stamp card if you want to take advantage of it.

When we arrived, the line was out the door. It remained out the door until we left. It was clear why the food was amazing! The tortillas are made right in front of you. The food tasted great. We highly recommend the chips and queso, as well as the burritos.

Overall an okay to disappointing experience. The fish burrito was bland. Almost tasted like Costco fried fish. The quality of the tortilla is certainly the best thing they offer. The staff while making the burrito was so disengaged and made our burrito very incorrectly. Both burritos I ordered had no cream. I had a lot of expectations for this place. But I don’t see myself coming back to bobs.
