Chick-fil-a - Austin

My 13-year-old son and I visited for a special date night, and Tiffany truly made our evening memorable with her kindness and hospitality. She reminded us to cherish these moments together and even treated us to dessert. Her outstanding customer service sets a high standard, and I hope she receives recognition for her efforts, making this Chick-fil-A location truly exceptional.

There's always a lively atmosphere here. The chicken sandwiches are tasty and substantial. With so many sauce options, you can vary the flavors, but I personally love honey mustard, honey, or sometimes none at all. Today, since I opted for the grilled chicken, I went with honey mustard. When I order the baked chicken, I usually stick with honey. The staff is quick and efficient, and they're always smiling and friendly. Plus, they're quite polite. If you're craving a chicken sandwich and haven't tried Chick-fil-A yet, you should definitely stop by. If you have, then you already know how good it is.

Excellent customer service, and this place is beautiful. Flowers on the table and classical piano music over the speakers. Also very clean.

Very good spot to head to for late night cravings.The downside to this location is that it is nestled in a secluded corner of this strip mall. Behind Bank of America, behind Wendy's, behind Starbucks getting there, one needs to navigate some tight turns, pass many establishments.Parking spots at night could be dark because lights are block by huge mature trees.Food is as expected, it was good. Service is also good.
