Richard Moore the bar tender was amazing, talking to us and making sure nothing was missing. I visit from FL and the amazing vibe was on the table. Thank you both for such an amazing experience.
Good experience. Good food and good service despite being understaffed. Was disappointed that I didn't get my rewards, free beverage and free chips and salsa, since it had been more than two months since my last visit. Bad corporate policy.
Had a wonderful experience at Chili’s Four Points! The place is clean and very well decorated! It’s fancy! Mitchell our server was absolutely wonderful! He loves his job and he loves to take care of people! He even came running after us in the parking lot to give us our leftovers we forgot on the table! Love him!
I want to start by saying our server was very very kind and nothing that happened during our visit was a direct result of her actions. EVERY restaurant is facing staffing issues right now and we are well aware of that and very patient people.We got seated in the cocktail area so our server was also the bartender. It wasn’t a crazy night but it was steady enough for her to be consumed with the people sitting at the bar. (Which is totally fine and understandable, the cocktail area is big and needs its own server).We got one drink and it never got refilled, (even after asking). My boyfriends food came out incorrect but he didn’t say anything, just picked off the jalapeños. His came out and he finished it. 25 minutes later, my food came out ALSO incorrect. My alteration to the food was due to an allergy, so I couldn’t pick off the mistake. They took it back and said they would bring it out corrected. Another 20 minutes went by and my food just never came back out so we just gave up, asked the bartender to just take the pasta off the bill so we could pay and leave. I don’t think we’ll be coming back unfortunately. I get that things like this happen, but the kitchen mistakes were inexcusable.
Order online the cajun chicken pasta and once I get it (doordash.) the chicken was not cooked all the way, yet soggy and meat was pale white. I would appreciate it if the cooked the chicken completely cooked to the point where it is eatable.
