Chipotle Mexican Grill - Austin

I've visited many different Chipotle locations, both in the U.S. and the UK, but this one truly stands out. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. One time, I forgot my chips, and when I called to explain the situation to the manager, he provided me with his contact information and offered to replace my order completely. While I know that Chipotle makes occasional menu adjustments, the team here is always remarkably understanding and kind. I always leave feeling great and I’m excited to keep coming back in the future! Plus, the food is absolutely delicious.

The cashier was incredibly friendly and patient with me, especially since I've only been to Chipotle twice in my life and wasn't familiar with the menu. He was very helpful and kind. If I lived in this area, I would definitely visit this place regularly. The food and staff are both great!

The atmosphere was very respectful, and the food was absolutely fantastic! I just stopped by for a business lunch, but I will definitely return.

This Chipotle has very polite staff and a relatively clean dinning area! Food came out quickly and was tasty! Most def hit his Chipotle up!!
