Ordered birthday cake and there were no cake pieces ? i asked for light sprinkles and i felt like i was choking on them. flavor was extremely lacking, upset i paid almost $10

It’s good, but it’s not worth $10 in my opinion. If it was less it would have been perfect

Today, 9/11, I ordered an ice cream and waited for 45min. There were 5 people in front of us, and only 2 orders were called in the 45min. I then went to cancel my order and the guy didn 't even offer a refund. He just said are you sure? , when I said I wanted to cancel the order. So, $9 lost.

Nice place to go and try a different type of ice cream, their have a lot of different flavors and toppings for you to create your own, if you are in a rush I don’t suggest this is the place for you since they do take quite a while to prepare the ice cream, but other than that it is a nice treat just to try it out.

Literally waited 30 mins. employees were chatting. really really unimpressed. this is what i was handed.. $9 for this? i didn’t even take a bite..Also they had a menu item called “Eskimo Kiss.” “Eskimo” is a slur for ingenious people. Literally I’m disgusted that this place is still using this outdated term.edit after the companies response: GOOGLE “is eskimo a slur?” you will see that it literally is a slur. I don’t care if you worked in Alaska, it’s still a slur. This company is literally ridiculous. Also, I took this photo 1 minute after it was handed to me. I contacted you through your website.will tell everyone to skip this place.
