Contribuisci feedbackThey couldn't remake the order for the 2nd dasher that had to pick it up after someone else stole it. And the night shift acts like they don't know any English to get outta working or helping any of the customers.
Walked in at 2:45 pm, apparently the lobby was closed but they didn't bother locking the doors or putting up a sign? Said they were drive thru only. Told them I have hearing issues and they acknowledged this by gesturing the same message to me. I asked if I could order inside and pick up in the drive thru because I cannot hear the drive thru window. They were insistent this wasn't possible.I'm sure the food's great but zero accommodations or accessibility for deaf customers.
I always drive thru every drive thru to get free water cups with ice cause I love cold water and I just moved in my new apartment and don't have ice trays at home.plus I love the jalapeno poppers with ranch...????
Sa in the drive through 7 minutes had never tried to take my order. Service: 1/5
Awful experience... food was wet. The Tussi in the window just stared at us until I asked her if she wanted to take the payment to ask the reception. ... the windows on the drive were dirty. Food: 1/5
