Jo's Coffee Downtown - Austin

Jo's is a great place to grab a quick lunch. The waitstaff are very nice and food comes out pretty quickly, even during the lunch rush. Also great if just grabbing some coffee to go. Had the turkey sandwich last time. Wished the chips were a bit more crispy (some were too soft if my taste) but will definitely be back.

The migas taco was my favorite taco here. They also make a mean match latte that I highly recommend. Dairy free options available! They have a large space for indoor seating as well as some outdoor seating. This is not their main location but I loved this one!

Nice little place. It's really nice to sit outside and it was pretty busy inside during my visit. I received my coffee right away, I got their Joe's turbo special iced coffee which is really good if you are a hazelnut lover like myself. I also got the avocado toast which was simple but tasty. My visit would had been nicer if I didn't have a homeless man sitting behind me... its nice they can hang out here but also sketchy as he tried talking to me multiple times so just be careful and aware of your surroundings. I didn't feel comfortable with him basically watching me eat.

The green chili smashed burgers are consistently absolutely amazing! The meat is flavorful and pairs very well with the sweet bun they use. The fries are also my favorite! They are large, crispy and best of all salted enough! The service has been usually very good! I go there pretty often so statistically, there's going to be some poor service here and there at almost any restaurant you go to unless it's very high end. What brought me back after having a not so pleasant experience with the service one time, was that the new manager was absolutely attentive to my sour experience and acknowledged it, was very heart centered, caring, and showed above and beyond customer service! This is definitely my favorite place to get burgers!

Stopped here for an afternoon coffee and snack, it had a nice curb appeal with the ordering window and outdoor seating. The coffee was tasty (latte), only knock here is bottled syrup instead of homemade, but tasty all the same. Also got the BLT wrap and French fries. The fries were hand cut and fried perfectly, so yummy!
