Totally terrible experience. I never write reviews, but I'm in contact with companies how terrible an experience that was.

We have a reservation on an open table and made sure that we have the comments we need a high chair. Upon arrival we were told there are no tables for high chairs and we would have to use a stand, but could use a booster. Unfortunately, our daughter is not able to sit in a booster, but so we decided to just hold her. We sat without menus. It took 10 minutes to get menus from a waitress at the bar, then our waitress appeared a few minutes later. Once our order has been taken, it took almost 30 minutes to get our appetizers, although the manager did this from our check. Overall, the experience was fair compared to our experience in the San Antonio facilities.

The reservation was at 7:45 not space until 8:15. The hostess was very rude. Said party, whatever your table is. So not professional. Drink twice. And very slow for not being busy.

Made a reservation for 8:45, got checked in with the hostess who told us we would be seated momentarily, then had us wait for 25 minutes until I asked how long the wait was. The table was ready the whole time and she just let us sit there.
