Worth the hype. Worth the wait! Try everything they have on their limited beef birria menu and you won't be disappointed. Fresh corn tortillas that are a little larger than you'd expect. Soooo delicious! Will be back. Online ordering available, but give them an extra 30. Especially on weekends. They do run out sometimes.

Birria everything, and all of it is heaven. I ordered one of everything and loved it all. Took the ramen home as leftovers and I will definitely be ordering One of everything again. The menu is small, so you can do that. Not pictured: Birria grilled cheese. So good.

We have been wanting to try this since seeing finding them on Instagram. The last time we got there it was close to 4pm and they were already sold out! This time we got there early and finally got to try their famous birria tacos. We got there a little before 11am but they only opened about 5 mins after. Be there early to beat the queue or order online in advance! Despite the initial wait, the cook time was short and we got our food in less than 10 mins. The tacos weredelicious and I love the ramen which is cooked in the consomé with a generous serving of meat. Honestly, the ramen is such a genius idea I?m in love!!!

Strongly recommend que so taco! extremely friendly staffs, yummy food, super fast service, freshly made. i would suggest adding much less salt to balance and elevate the flavor of the ramen dish. other than that, over all GREAT EXPERIENCE! ????????

Some of the best Birria and Queso Birria tacos I?ve ever had. Love the whole small food truck vibe. Always bring my friends here.
