Chicken is good not dry like most chicken in pho is. I would rather have a little more noodles than the extra fillers. The Brussel sprout appetizer is also good they're crispy and the sauce is super good. Added a little hoisen sauce to give it a little more. They seem to have a very good selection of liquors and a good happy hour as well.
The foods are good and the price is super affordable. Good portions as well. Fast service. Highly recommended ? ? ?. Bravo to the
This is a Mom and Pop establishment as far as I can tell after one visit. The food is authentically delicious and inspired. The crème brûlée is subtle and satisfying and the traditional Vietnamese coffee is STRONG and smooth. Fantastic pairing. It being my first time, I ordered the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Bun bowl and it tickled every spot just as I hoped it would. Next time I’ll be back for the Bahn Mi…
When did Pho get so expensive? I remember when I could get a combo Pho for 7 bucks and it was more than I could eat. That being said, Le Bleu was excellent and worth the money. Excellent spring rolls and Bahn Mi.
I did not know Saigon Le Vendeur had a brick and mortar sister restaurant, and man, I've been missing out! I wish I was more hungry so I could've tried more, but I split the summer rolls, prawn banh mi, and steak banh mi with my boyfriend. I came for lunch, but there were definitely some dinner menu items I will order in the future. To start, the summer rolls were top tier, refreshing, and light. The different elements had nice textural interplay, and it was banging flavor-wise with the peanut sauce and basil. Next, (I ate everything in order of least to most flavor intensity) the fried prawn banh mi was delicate yet flavorful. It was like a Vietnamese po' boy if you need a frame of reference. Finally, the steak banh mi was a flavor bomb. It was well seasoned and marinated and not overcooked. I have a hard time choosing a favorite item, and that's a great sign, I will be back!
